You will forfeit your $400 US security deposit if rules are not observed


Check availability above and send us an email at to book your dates.

To secure your reservation we require a 50% rental deposit within 10 days of your booking. If not received we will release the condo for re-booking. The remaining 50% and $400 US security deposit must be received 30 days prior to your arrival.  If making a reservation less than 30 days from your arrival full payment and $400 US security deposit is required.

Payment Methods

  • All funds must clear prior to arrival. If last minute please use appropriate payment method to assure this is the case.
  • Please request information for wire transfers. We charge an additional $20 US per transfer.
  • Please request mailing address to send personal check. Must clear prior to confirming your reservation or arrival.
  • International checks must be in the form of a Bank Draft in US funds.

Check-in /Check-out

  • Check-in 4:00pm
  • Check-out 11:00am
  • Late check-out or early check-in may be possible. Please check with us first.

Refunds & Date Changes

All deposits are refundable with a 30-day notice, less a 10% processing fee. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, a 90% refund will be made only if we can re-rent the condo. There is no refund provided for early departures.

Date changes should be discussed directly with us and are subject to penalty.

No Refunds or Date Changes for Holiday Rentals

Damage/Security Deposit

Security deposit is $400 US. Assuming that there is no more than the reasonable clean up and nothing is damaged or missing, a check for the full amount ($400 US) will be mailed to you within 14 days of departure. Make sure we get you mailing address.

Damaged or lost items will be deducted at replacement cost, which may include but is not limited to labor expense, shipping, and importation costs.

Guests are responsible for the property, its contents, and themselves during occupancy.


In the event of a maintenance problem, the property administrator will strive to have the issue repaired as soon as possible. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, television or appliances, etc. It is the guests obligation to report any problems or damage immediately to the administrator or/and owner.
